Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary for some items.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 5–10 business days after shipment
- Japan & South Korea: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Other countries: usually 5–25 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order details.
The available shipping option and final shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to you by email after your order ships. Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking status to update.
Customs & Duties
Any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are covered by eddyplan.
You will not be charged additional customs or import fees upon delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or unusually delayed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@eddyplan.com.
We also monitor tracking information and may reach out to you if we notice a delivery issue. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
