We try hard to show you what our products really look like. However, we cannot promise that your screen will display colors and textures exactly as they appear in person.

eddyplan can stop selling any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are asking to buy something. We can cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if there was a pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if the item is out of stock.

Payment is required at the time you place your order.

4. Shipping

We ship to the United States and some other countries. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We cannot guarantee those timelines.

eddyplan is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or anything outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

All returns must follow our Refund Policy. We do not accept returns because you changed your mind.

You can only return an item if it arrived broken or defective, and you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site belongs to eddyplan — including the words, images, and designs. You cannot use any of it without asking us first.

7. Limitation of Liability

eddyplan is not responsible for indirect or unexpected damages arising from our products or website.

The most we will pay if something goes wrong is the amount you paid for your order.

8. Privacy

By using our site, you are also agreeing to our Privacy Policy and giving us permission to collect and use your information as described there.
