Refund Policy

We want every REJIO piece to be perfect when it gets to you. If something is not right when it arrives — like a problem with the fabric or a broken seam — we will fix it.


What We Accept

We accept returns if something is wrong with the item when you get it. You can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

This includes:

  • Fabric defects
  • Broken stitching or seams
  • Printing or dyeing errors
  • Any quality issue that was there before you used it

Even if you wore it once or washed it, that is okay. We know that sometimes problems do not show up until after the first wash. As long as the issue is clearly something that was wrong with the item when you got it, we will review your case.


What We Do Not Accept

We do not accept returns for personal reasons. This includes:

  • You changed your mind
  • You do not like the size
  • You do not like the style
  • The item has been worn multiple times or altered

Our products are worn close to the body. This policy is in place out of hygiene considerations and respect for all our customers.


Before You File a Dispute

If you experience any issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first at hello@rejio.store before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and quickly, usually within 2–3 business days. Reaching out to us directly is always the fastest way to get a resolution.


How to Return

Email us at hello@rejio.store within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the problem

We will review your case and get back to you within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will send you return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
