Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 7–15 business days after shipment
- Japan & South Korea: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Other countries: usually 7–20 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions, destination, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. For specific delivery questions about your country, you can contact us before placing an order.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent by email after your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Customs & Duties

Lost or Delayed Packages
