Welcome to REJIO. When you use our website or buy something from our store, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General
When you use this website and place an order, you are telling us that you are at least 18 years old — or that you have your parent or guardian's permission — and that the information you give us is correct and complete. REJIO can update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after we make changes, that means you agree to the new terms.
2. Products
We try hard to show you what our products really look like. However, we cannot promise that your screen will display colors and textures exactly as they appear in person. REJIO can stop selling any product at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are asking to buy something. We can cancel any order at our discretion — for example if there was a pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if the item is out of stock.
Payment is required at the time you place your order.
4. Shipping
We ship to the United States and some other countries. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We cannot guarantee those timelines. REJIO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or anything outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
All returns must follow our Refund Policy. We do not accept returns because you changed your mind. You can only return an item if it arrived broken or defective, and you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
6. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site belongs to REJIO — the words, the images, the designs. You cannot use any of it without asking us first.
7. Limitation of Liability
REJIO is not responsible for indirect or unexpected damages arising from our products or website. The most we will pay if something goes wrong is the amount you paid for your order.
8. Privacy
By using our site, you are also agreeing to our Privacy Policy and giving us permission to collect and use your information as described there.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
